TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read this page and all its guidelines IN FULL before submitting your commission request. Failing do to can result in your commission being refused. These terms of service are also located on my commission form. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me!

PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • Prices listed are in US Dollars (USD). All prices are final.
  • Payments are only accepted through PayPal or Stripe. Donations though Twitch or any other method will not be considered payment.
  • You must pay the FULL commission price before the commission will be started. If you require a colour proof sample (test colours), please contact me beforehand.
  • If for any reason you wish to cancel your commission, I will refund a portion of the cost depending on how much work is done, if cancelled before I do any work on it, the full price will be refunded.
  • I will fully refund the commission at any time if I cannot complete the work.

LINEART & SOURCING

  • Lineart must be clean pencils or inked works for best results. Please supply the highest resolution available to ensure your commission has the best detail possible. Supplying subpar source images will result in subpar end results!
  • You must own the rights to whatever lineart you are having coloured (ie; you are the artist for it OR you have paid another artist for it). If neither of these apply, and the original artist has not openly marked the art as open to free use, you must have the original artist contact me by email to provide said permission. If you are found circumventing this rule, your commission will be terminated and your payment will be forfeit.
  • If you are unsure about the usage rights of a piece, please contact me. I am happy to help get things sorted out!

CREDITING/USAGE

  • You may not remove or edit my signature from the files.
  • You may use your commission for things such as social media profile pictures even if the signature is not visible when cropped.
  • You will credit me if you upload the work anywhere yourself (Twitter, Instagram etc.)
  • You will not copy, tract or redistribute my artwork as your own.
  • You may not use my art for any NFT/crypto/blockchain related activities, including resale.
  • I am allowed to upload the work to any of my social media accounts with appropriate crediting, as part of my portfolio.

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

  • By default, all commissions are for PERSONAL USE only.
  • If you are interested in using your commission for commercial purposes (such as selling the coloured prints, t-shirts or other merchandise), you must select that option on the commission form and I will contact you regarding a commercial use option.

CRYPTOCURRENCY, BLOCKCHAINS & NFTS

  • I do not accept commissions or contracts being paid in any form of cryptocurrency.
  • I do not authorize any of my work, whether edited, altered or in its original form, to be sold as NFTs or any other digital blockchain technology. Any of my work found on these sites or listings is STOLEN and will be reported without hesitation.

OTHER

  • I will send you progress images as the commission is being done. Please inform me of any requested changes as early as possible. Additional (moderate) adjustments can be made after the piece is completed, up to 3 times. Further changes made after that may result in extra charges.
  • I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
  • I am not obligated to redo any commissions for free, if my artistic capabilities improve.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Payment submitted for your commission constitutes your agreement to all terms and conditions listed here, in full and as written.
